Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating Our offerings of Goods on the Service. The Goods available on Our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and We may experience delays in updating information regarding our Goods on the Service and in Our advertising on other websites.

Prices Policy

The Company reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an Order. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. The prices quoted may be revised by the Company subsequent to accepting an Order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, variation in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs and any other matter beyond the control of the Company. In that event, You will have the right to cancel Your Order.​

Payments 

All Goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payments must be received in full.  We have various Payments available, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards or online payment methods.

Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Purchase and Redemption

• Eligibility: Gift cards are issued by Crutch Gaming & Gear LLC and can only be redeemed for eligible products or services online @ crutchgaming.com

• Process: To redeem a gift card online, the unique code must be entered at checkout. The card value will be applied toward your total purchase, including taxes and shipping. If a purchase exceeds the card balance, the remaining balance must be paid with another valid payment method.

Expiration & Fees

• No Expiration: In accordance with Arizona state law, the underlying funds on your digital gift card do not expire.

• No Fees: There are no activation, service, maintenance, or inactivity fees associated with your gift card.

Limitations & Cash Redemption

• Non-Refundable: Gift cards cannot be returned, resold, or used to purchase other gift cards.

• No Cash Back: Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or check unless required by law.

• Transferability: Gift cards are fully transferable and may be gifted to another individual, but they cannot be reloaded with additional funds after the initial purchase.

Risk of Loss and Fraud

• Loss of Stolen Cards: Crutch Gaming & Gear LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift card codes. Treat your digital gift card code like cash.

• Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold gift cards and orders for verification if we suspect fraudulent activity, incorrect denominations, or other violations of these terms.

Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Communications and Marketing

By opting in, you may receive periodic newsletters, promotional emails, and marketing communications from us. Subscription to our newsletter is entirely voluntary, and this service is provided free of charge. You are not required to pay any fees or enter a paid agreement to receive these emails. • Infringing on any proprietary rights of any party, including patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity or other rights.

• Impersonating any person or entity including the Company and its employees or representatives.

• Violating the privacy of any third person.

• False information and features.

The Company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to, in its sole discretion, determine whether or not any Content is appropriate and complies with these Terms, refuse or remove this Content. The Company further reserves the right to make formatting and edits and change the manner of any Content. The Company can also limit or revoke the use of the Service if You post such objectionable Content. Corrupt or invalid backup points may be caused by, without limitation, Content that is corrupted prior to being backed up or that changes during the time a backup is performed.

The Company will provide support and attempt to troubleshoot any known or discovered issues that may affect the backups of Content. But You acknowledge that the Company has no liability related to the integrity of Content or the failure to successfully restore Content to a usable state.

If We terminate Your Subscription for convenience (and not due to Your breach), We will refund any prepaid fees covering the remainder of the term of the Subscription after the effective date of termination. In no event will any termination relieve You of the obligation to pay any fees payable to Us for the period prior to the effective date of termination.
