Once your order is placed, our third-party service will create and ship your product directly to you. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.
Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States, with plans to expand globally in the future. Our estimated delivery times are from 4 to 8 business days. Crutch Gaming & Gear uses a flat-rate shipping fee $4.99 per item for your convenience. We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on orders of $75 or more. Our third-party service handles all production and shipping; any delays are subject to their fulfillment policies. Return & Exchange Policy
At Crutch Gaming & Gear, all products are made-to-order, so returns and exchanges are not accepted if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue, we will happily offer a free reprint or refund. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with a well-lit photo showing the issue. There's no need to return the item.
